This is a long standing series of small items which have caught my eye or mind and which seem relevant, startling, amusing or all three. Occasionally, items which appear here may return as a longer piece. Mostly they will not.
- The idea of zero covid is as absurd as the idea of zero dandruff, zero road traffic accidents or zero death.
- Don’t pay the BBC licence fee (but do it without breaking the law) and don’t give money to Wikipedia. Both have betrayed the people.
- Hospitals in the UK are still separating patients from their loved ones when they are ill.…
