Some of the truth-tellers appear to me to becoming rather institutionalised. A word of warning: beware of people offering sponsorship, advertising money or financial support. The drug companies use fronts (which may appear to be NGOs or charities) to distribute money and they appear harmless until the hook is firmly in place.
